Normal Discover Sake events are currently not possible under Swiss federal pandemic measures, so workshops and tastings are on hold until at least late May 2021.

I will resume as soon as possible under Federal guidelines, and as soon as the MAME cafe where the events are held is open again in the evenings and able to host them. (Please note I may need to change the location.)

If you want to carry on exploring the wide and wonderful world of sake in the meantime, here are Swiss restaurants, bars and shops where you can order some! If you have any questions about what to order or anything else, please get in touch! I’d be happy to talk you through the choices available.

There are also a number of online shops in the EU, but bear in mind that you will have to import the alcohol into Switzerland either by having the post office or courier do customs clearance for you or, if you live near an EU border, by using a parcel service in the EU country and clearing customs yourself.
