No personal information is collected or stored by this site. Using a dedicated mailing list operator offers greater security for your personal information than I can offer as a non-specialist.

Your personal information will only be used to send you the content that you asked to receive (updates on the Discover Sake project, including informational articles, event announcements and other news about sake). It may also be used to communicate with you directly about the list, e.g. to answer questions or resolve technical issues.
