A tasting a little bit diffferent this time, as we’ll be exploring the sake temperatures, and that time of the year is just perfect for some warm sake. Expect several types of sake served at different temperatures.
Let’s meet up at Lendav Taldrik (on the mezzanine) in Telliskivi on Thursday 27th February where I’ll tell you all about ‘kanzake’ (hot sake) and ‘reishu’ (cold sake)
