The SSA Introductory Sake Professional course is coming to Helsinki this fall. An entry point to the sake world, for both sake enthusiasts who want to learn more about it, and professionals of the food and beverage industry.
The course covers the following points:
– An introduction to sake production to learn about the ingredients and their function in brewing
– Some sake history and its place in Japanese culture
– How to serve sake like a pro
– A tasting session to learn the fundamental steps of tasting sake and how to navigate the different designations

After completion, you’ll be rewarded with a certified SSA diploma and a badge.
The course is in english and costs 130€ per person.
